Telephone Sessions
Those who live too far away, or do not want to spend time traveling to my office, are welcome to receive coaching sessions by telephone. This can be just as effective as in-person coaching. Some clients opt for a mixture of in-person sessions and telephone support. Clients can make appointments for telephone sessions just as they would for in-person sessions, or they can call on an "as needed" basis.
Support When You Need It
The best time to use EFT and other therapeutic techniques is when you feel the need. For example, if you are feeling upset, anxious, or angry… now is the perfect time to work on the problem—even if your appointment is two days later. Once you've been trained, you can use EFT and other strategies on your own; however, at times you may get "stuck" and need a little help, or you may have a question, or just need to talk.
The beauty of telephone support is that you can make a phone call from almost anywhere, right when you need support. If I'm available, I will work with you immediately.
